Hi, I’m Christina.

I’m a UX content designer focused on designing clarity in complex systems. My work centers on helping people navigate information, decisions, and workflows—especially when stakes are high, systems are fragmented, or requirements are evolving.

I bring a background in content strategy and human-centered design, with a particular strength in working through ambiguity. I’m drawn to problems where structure is missing or unclear, and where thoughtful language, information architecture, and flow can reduce friction and support confident decision-making—while balancing user needs with business and system constraints.

My path into UX content design has been shaped by a range of experiences, including roles in hospitality, event planning, administrative work, and time spent as a primary caregiver for my mom. These experiences sharpened my awareness of cognitive load, emotional context, and how people process information under pressure—insights that now directly inform my design approach and several of my portfolio case studies.

Today, I approach design with curiosity, systems thinking, and close collaboration. I enjoy uncovering what’s missing, unclear, or getting in the way—and shaping content that helps people move forward with greater ease and confidence.
