I’m Christina, a UX Content Designer with a background in content strategy and human-centered design, focused on transforming complex ideas into clear, meaningful experiences that help people accomplish their goals with ease. I thrive in ambiguity—bringing structure, clarity, and intention to evolving ideas, especially in work that reduces friction, guides users through complex tasks, and balances empathy with business and system constraints.

My path into content design hasn’t been linear—and that perspective shapes how I work. Alongside roles in hospitality, event planning, and administrative work, I also spent time as the primary caregiver for my mom. That experience deepened my understanding of how people navigate high-stakes information, uncertainty, and emotionally complex decisions. It sharpened my sensitivity to language, flow, and cognitive load—insights that now directly inform my approach to UX content design and inspired several of my portfolio case studies.

Today, I bring curiosity, systems thinking, and collaboration into my design practice. I enjoy uncovering what’s missing, unclear, or getting in the way—and shaping content that helps people move forward with confidence.

Outside of design, I enjoy exploring new places, practicing photography, listening to live music, and experimenting with new recipes.
